Texas Brisket Flameado Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups Fully Cooked Texas BBQ Beef Brisket, chopped
- 15 oz Mexican Style Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup Mexican Style Muenster Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine brisket and tomatoes in prepared baking dish.
- Bake on middle oven rack for 10 minutes or until bubbly hot.
- Remove from oven and add cheese, then bake on the top oven rack for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
