Unsaved Texas Brisket Flameado Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fully Cooked Texas BBQ Beef Brisket, chopped
  • 15 oz Mexican Style Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup Mexican Style Muenster Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Combine brisket and tomatoes in prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake on middle oven rack for 10 minutes or until bubbly hot.
  5. Remove from oven and add cheese, then bake on the top oven rack for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
