- 2 lb Pork ribeyes
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tbsp Adams Reserve Hickory House All Purpose Rub
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Marinate pork in oil and rub for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Grill pork at medium-high 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Brush pork with sauce before serving and season to taste with salt and pepper.
