Unsaved Terlingua Style Brisket Chili

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb Whole market trimmed brisket, cut into 2 to 3-inch cubes
  • 2.8 oz Casi Terlingua TX Championship Chili Recipe Mix
  • 1/2 cup Wondra Flour
  • 1 cup White onion(s), sliced
  • 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes For Chili
  • 3 1/2 cups Beef stock
  • 1 Instant Pot Duo

Instructions

  1. Add brisket to Instapot with chili mix and flour. Toss everything to coat thoroughly.
  2. Add onions, tomatoes, and beef stock. Place lid on Instapot and set it for 60 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, allow pressure to release before opening top. Shred meat with tongs then serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese and green onions.
