Terlingua Style Brisket Chili

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb Whole market trimmed brisket, cut into 2 to 3-inch cubes
- 2.8 oz Casi Terlingua TX Championship Chili Recipe Mix
- 1/2 cup Wondra Flour
- 1 cup White onion(s), sliced
- 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes For Chili
- 3 1/2 cups Beef stock
- 1 Instant Pot Duo
Instructions
- Add brisket to Instapot with chili mix and flour. Toss everything to coat thoroughly.
- Add onions, tomatoes, and beef stock. Place lid on Instapot and set it for 60 minutes.
- Once cooked, allow pressure to release before opening top. Shred meat with tongs then serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese and green onions.
