Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil, divided use
  • 1 lb Natural chicken breast tenders
  • 16 oz Frozen Broccoli Florets, Cauliflower, & Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice Marinade

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 2 1/2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
  3. Place cooked chicken on platter; and cover with foil to keep warm.
  4. Add remaining 1 tablespoon, add frozen vegetables; stir-fry 4-5 minutes or until tender.
  5. Add marinade and chicken and cook until thoroughly heated.
  6. Serve over white rice.
