Tamale Corn Chip Nachos

Ingredients
- 8 cups Corn Chips
- 2 cups Refried Beans
- 8 oz Tamales, about 5-6, unwrapped and rough chopped
- 15 oz Canned Chili No Beans
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Quesadilla Cheese
- 1 cup Pico De Gallo, medium heat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Pour corn chips into a 9x13 pan and dollop refried beans on top of chips.
- Sprinkle chopped tamales over beans then spread chili over the tamales.
- Mix cheeses together in a small bowl then sprinkle evenly over the chili.
- Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and chili is bubbling around the edges. Remove from oven and top with Pico de Gallo. Enjoy!
