Tamale Corn Chip Nachos

Unsaved Tamale Corn Chip Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Corn Chips
  • 2 cups Refried Beans
  • 8 oz Tamales, about 5-6, unwrapped and rough chopped
  • 15 oz Canned Chili No Beans
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Quesadilla Cheese
  • 1 cup Pico De Gallo, medium heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Pour corn chips into a 9x13 pan and dollop refried beans on top of chips.
  2. Sprinkle chopped tamales over beans then spread chili over the tamales.
  3. Mix cheeses together in a small bowl then sprinkle evenly over the chili.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and chili is bubbling around the edges. Remove from oven and top with Pico de Gallo. Enjoy!
