Tacos Norteños

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb Diced, seasoned beef for tacos
- 15.5 oz Refried charro beans, heated through
- 12 Flour tortillas
- 8 oz Queso Oaxaca, shredded
- 2 Large avocado(s), sliced
Instructions
- Add oil to a large skillet set over medium-high heat.
- Add beef, breaking it up with a fork, and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until meat is well browned and crisp. Remove from heat.
- Set a second skillet over medium heat. While skillet heats, spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla and add cheese.
- Fold tortilla in half and cook on both sides until cheese is melted. Repeat process until all the tacos have been cooked.
- Serve with your favorite hot sauce.
