Instructions

  1. Add oil to a large skillet set over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef, breaking it up with a fork, and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until meat is well browned and crisp. Remove from heat.
  3. Set a second skillet over medium heat. While skillet heats, spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla and add cheese.
  4. Fold tortilla in half and cook on both sides until cheese is melted. Repeat process until all the tacos have been cooked.
  5. Serve with your favorite hot sauce.
