    1 cup needed

Instructions

  1. Line 2 large, rimmed baking pans with wax paper. Add Chex Cereal to a large microwaveable bowl.
  2. In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave butter on high until melted, about 20 to 30 seconds. Stir in sugar and microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds or until sugar starts to dissolve. Pour over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
  3. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after every minute, until thoroughly glazed. Spread cereal out on one of the baking pans and the pretzels on the other.
  4. In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave baking chips on high for 45 to 60 seconds, stirring after 45 seconds, until chips are starting to melt. If necessary, continue heating in 15-second increments, stirring after each until chips are melted and smooth. Transfer melted chips to a small resealable food storage bag and cut a small corner off one end of bag.
  5. Drizzle melted baking chips on top of cereal and pretzels. Top with sprinkles and cool for 20 to 30 minutes or until drizzle is set. Carefully break apart and transfer to a large serving bowl. Stir in Planters nuts and M&M candies.
  6. Sponsored By: General Mills, Planters and M&Ms
