  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper, plus more as needed
  • 1/3 cup Smoked bbq sauce, plus more as needed
  • 1/2 cup Green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine carrots, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat everything. Place on a sheet pan and roast until carrots are nicely caramelized, 25 to 35 minutes.
  3. While carrots are hot, place in a serving bowl and toss with BBQ sauce and chopped green onions. Season to taste as needed.
