Sweet Cherry & Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce
- 1 cup Cherry pie filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz Goat cheese log
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust, crumbled
- 1 cup Pecan pieces
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, add cream cheese, cherry pie filling, Robert's Reserve Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce, and goat cheese.
- Cover and pulse several times until mixture is combined. Do not pulse until completely smooth, chunks of cherries should be visible.
- Using a spatula, transfer mixture to a large bowl and stir in pecans. Divide into 3 cheese balls and set aside.
- Spread crumbled graham cracker pie crust pieces on a foil lined cookie sheet. Roll cheese balls in crumbs to thoroughly coat then wrap in foil and refrigerate several hours before serving. Serve with Central Market Entertainer Crackers.
