  • 1 Rack of baby back ribs
  • 1/3 cup Yellow mustard, plus more as needed
  • 1/4 cup Williams Food Co. Rib Tickler Seasoning, plus more as needed

Instructions

  1. Using your favorite wood (we used oak), preheat smoker to 230ºF to 250ºF. Keep temperature constant by adding more wood or charcoal as needed.
  2. Prepare ribs by removing any silver skin on underside of ribs (or score underside of ribs with a knife if you can't remove silver skin).
  3. Next, rub mustard evenly over front and back of ribs then liberally coat with Rib Tickler Seasoning.
  4. Place ribs directly on smoker rack and smoke 4 to 5 hours or until pull apart tender. Remove from smoker and rest at least 20 minutes.
  5. Simply cut ribs up, sauce if desired and serve with your favorite BBQ sides.
