Sweet and Savory Smoked Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 Rack of baby back ribs
- 1/3 cup Yellow mustard, plus more as needed
- 1/4 cup Williams Food Co. Rib Tickler Seasoning, plus more as needed
Instructions
- Using your favorite wood (we used oak), preheat smoker to 230ºF to 250ºF. Keep temperature constant by adding more wood or charcoal as needed.
- Prepare ribs by removing any silver skin on underside of ribs (or score underside of ribs with a knife if you can't remove silver skin).
- Next, rub mustard evenly over front and back of ribs then liberally coat with Rib Tickler Seasoning.
- Place ribs directly on smoker rack and smoke 4 to 5 hours or until pull apart tender. Remove from smoker and rest at least 20 minutes.
- Simply cut ribs up, sauce if desired and serve with your favorite BBQ sides.
