Sweet and Salty Granola Bar Snack Mix

Ingredients
- 3 oz Low Fat Sticks Pretzels
- 4 oz Oyster Crackers, about 2 cups
- 4.5 oz Rice Chex Cereal, about 3 cups
- 5 oz H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Light Salted Cashews Halves & Pieces
- 6 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 7.2 oz H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Sweet & Salty Almond Granola Bars, about 6 bars, unwrapped and cut into 10 small squares
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Combine pretzels, oyster crackers, rice cereal, and cashews in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add butter, corn syrup and brown sugar. Simmer over medium heat until butter has melted, about 2 minutes. Once butter has melted and is bubbling, simmer for an additional minute.
- Pour caramel over pretzel mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until everything is coated.
- Spread out on prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Once cool, break into smaller pieces. Transfer to a bowl, add granola bar squares and stir to combine.
