Super Easy Firecracker Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Raw Peeled and Deveined Tail-Off Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 16 oz Frozen edamame
  • 1 cup Frozen corn, frozen
  • 1/2 Small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 Small green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, cumin, chili powder, sugar and garlic in a bowl, then set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat, then add edamame, corn, onion and bell pepper; sauté until thawed and onion begin to brown, then transfer to a bowl.
  3. Wipe skillet clean, and spray with non-stick spray; add shrimp, and cook 3 minutes, turning once; add to sautéed vegetables, and toss to combine.
