Strawberry Vanilla Fro Yo Bites

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almonds, crushed
- 1/2 cup High fiber cereal
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups Strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Place 12 paper or foil muffin cups into a muffin tin.
- In a small bowl combine almonds with cereal and melted coconut oil. Mix and crush with a wooden spoon until well incorporated and cereal is in small pieces.
- Evenly distribute almond mixture to the muffin cups.
- Spoon yogurt over almond mixture then top off each cup with strawberries.
- Place in the freezer for several hours until completely frozen.
- Remove paper muffin cup before eating.
