Strawberry Cheesecake Mom Cakes

Ingredients
- 15.6 oz Pink Frosting with Enclosed Sprinkles
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 16.5 oz Strawberry cake mix
- 12 tsp Strawberry cheesecake dip
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a deep muffin pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and water together. Add cake mix and whisk until smooth.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full then spoon a teaspoon of strawberry cheesecake dip on top of batter.
- Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cupcakes cool completely.
- When cool, remove from pan and turn upside down. Frost bottom and sides of cupcakes, garnish with sprinkles and serve.
