Ingredients
- 6 oz Colby jack cheese sticks, sticks cut in half, used as needed
- 6 oz Mozzarella string cheese, sticks cut in half used as needed
- 1 cup M&M's candies, any variety
- 1 cup Crackers, as needed
- 2 cups Strawberries, cut in half, more as needed
- 1 cup Veggie straws, as needed
- 6 oz Tuscan style turkey breast, as needed
- 6 oz Uncured angus beef pastrami, as needed
- 6 oz White seedless grapes, as needed, sub for your favorite grape
Instructions
- For assembling charcuterie board, use a small to medium sized food safe wooden cutting board.
- Fold or roll up all meats nicely on one quarter of board.
- Stack cheese sticks, and artfully arrange crackers, veggie straws, grapes, strawberries and M&M's around board leaving no open space.
- For things that might roll off board like candy or smaller crackers place them in bowls and arrange around board.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
