Stir-Fry Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Frozen Asian Stir Fry Blend
  • 1 lb Beef Flank Steak, trimmed, thin sliced across the grain
  • 1/2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Less Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain, set aside.
  2. Combine the thin sliced beef, peanut and sesame oil in a bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Heat a large skillet on high heat for 4 minutes.
  4. Add beef; stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked and browned.
  5. Add the cooked vegetables, garlic, and soy sauce; stir fry for 2 more minutes
  6. Serve on a platter; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
