Instructions

  1. Cut cabbage into 4 wedges, leaving core intact to hold wedges together.
  2. Steam cabbage 8 minutes, covered, on a rack over a small amount of rapidly boiling water.
  3. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook 3-4 minutes until butter turns brown for a rich nutty flavor.
  5. Remove from heat immediately.
  6. Stir caraway seeds into butter.
  7. Drizzle over cabbage and serve.
