Steamed Cabbage with Butter & Caraway

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1/2 Green cabbage
Instructions
- Cut cabbage into 4 wedges, leaving core intact to hold wedges together.
- Steam cabbage 8 minutes, covered, on a rack over a small amount of rapidly boiling water.
- Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Cook 3-4 minutes until butter turns brown for a rich nutty flavor.
- Remove from heat immediately.
- Stir caraway seeds into butter.
- Drizzle over cabbage and serve.
