Unsaved Steak and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Steak seasoning
  • 3/4 lb Sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 oz Spinach salad kit, (toppings and dressing included)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of steak. Add oil and steak to hot pan and sear for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Transfer to a cutting board and rest for a few minutes while preparing salad.
  3. Add contents of salad kit (including dressing and toppings) to a large mixing bowl. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Slice steak into thin, bite-sized pieces. Divide salad evenly between serving bowls or plates. Top with sliced steak.
