Unsaved Steak and Kabobs with Thai Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. fresh vegetable kabobs
  • 3/4 lb Beef sirloin steak center cut, boneless, USDA select
  • 12 oz Riced veggie cauli Thai style cauliflower rice

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, spray grill grate lightly with oil.
  2. Place kabobs on the grill and spray with a little more oil. Grill according to package directions.
  3. After kabobs have cooked for about 10 minutes, add steak to the grill. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
  4. While steak is resting, cook cauliflower rice according to package directions.
  5. Slice steak and serve with kabobs and cauliflower rice.
