Sriracha Crusted Salmon and Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp H-E-B Bagel Not Included Spice Blend - Everything + Citrus Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Olive oil, divided use
- 10 oz Asparagus
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a sheet pan with foil and set aside.
- Remove salmon from package and season with citrus sriracha seasoning.
- Place a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- When pan is hot, add half a tablespoon of olive oil. Add salmon, skin-side down, and sear for 4 minutes.
- While salmon sears, place asparagus on prepared sheet pan and season with remaining olive oil and salt.
- After the salmon has seared for 4 minutes, place on prepared sheet pan, skin-side-down.
- Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove sheet pan from oven, sprinkle lemon juice over asparagus and salmon, and serve.
