Spinach Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Lemons, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup Shredded reduced fat Mexican style cheese
- 1 cup Wild rice
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 5 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 Large eggs
- 1 cup Yellow onions, finely diced
- 10 oz Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 Large eggs, white only
Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add onion and sauté briefly until onion turns translucent. Remove pan from heat.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form into patties.
- Wipe out nonstick pan. Cook patties until golden brown and firm to touch.
