Spicy Tuna Wrap

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Solid white albacore tuna packed in water, drained
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 inches Spinach wraps
  • 1 cup Matchstick carrots
  • 1 Large Haas avocado(s), sliced
  • 1 Cucumber(s), peeled, sliced and cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup Green onion(s), chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and cilantro. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Lay wraps out on a flat surface and divide veggies and tuna evenly between the two.
  3. Fold edges in and roll up. Cut in half along the bias and serve.
