Spicy Citrus Edamame Hummus

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Frozen shelled edamame, cooked according to pkg. directions
  • 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil, divided use
  • 1 Medium fresh lemons, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Fresh garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Liquid aminos

Instructions

  1. Place cooked edamame in the bowl of a food processor and pulse 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil, lemon zest and juice, tahini, garlic, cayenne and Bragg Liquid Aminos. Continue to pulse until completely smooth. You may add a small amount of water if hummus is too thick.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with remaining olive oil and serve with your favorite dipper.
