Spicy Castelvetrano Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
- 2 cups Green olives, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Curly leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 3 Peeled Garlic Cloves, smashed or crushed
- 2 tbsp Fresh oregano, leaves tightly packed
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes, plus more as needed for spice
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Season to taste as needed.
- Place into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Tapenade will keep for up to a week refrigerated.
