Spicy Blackened Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb Raw medium brown Texas Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 lb H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Salted Butter
- 2 tsp Achiote seasoning, as needed
- 6 Yellow corn tortillas
- 1 cup Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup White onions, chopped
- 6 tbsp Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Coat shrimp liberally with Caliente seasoning and sauté in butter 3-4 minutes, turning often, over medium-high heat.
- Heat tortillas, fill with shrimp and top with tomato, lettuce, onion and cheese.
