Spicy Blackened Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Raw medium brown Texas Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 lb H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Salted Butter
  • 2 tsp Achiote seasoning, as needed
  • 6 Yellow corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup White onions, chopped
  • 6 tbsp Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Coat shrimp liberally with Caliente seasoning and sauté in butter 3-4 minutes, turning often, over medium-high heat.
  2. Heat tortillas, fill with shrimp and top with tomato, lettuce, onion and cheese.
