- 8 oz Fat free refried black beans, approximately 2 oz per tostada

Instructions
- Remove casing from soy chorizo and discard. Place chorizo in a non-stick skillet and cook until fully heated through and just starting to crisp up.
- Arrange 4 tortillas on a sheet pan. Layer each with beans, cheese, and cooked soy chorizo.
- Bake at 350ºF until cheese is just melted. Garnish with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, or guacamole if desired.
