Instructions

  1. Season underside of pork belly with Asian House Rub. Set a wire rack on a baking sheet. Place the pork belly on the rack, cover, and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 250°F. Remove cover from pork belly. Place in preheated oven and cook for 2 hours. Turn heat up to 350°F and cook for an additional 45 minutes to an hour.
  3. Cook noodles according to package directions. Stir in soy sriracha glaze when mixing in seasoning packet. Slice pork belly into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  4. Portion noodles into 4 bowls and top with 6 to 8 slices of pork belly. Finish with shredded cabbage.
