Unsaved Soy Sriracha Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Broccolini
  • 1/2 tsp Adams Reserve Asian House Rub, 1/2 tsp for ease of measurement
  • 2 tbsp Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Soy Sriracha Glaze, 2 tbsp for ease of measurement
  • 2 tbsp Fresh ginger root, sliced
  • 2 Green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place broccolini in a bowl and sprinkle evenly with rub then drizzle with soy Sriracha glaze.
  2. Preheat grill to medium and spray with non stick spray.
  3. Place broccolini on grill and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until ends are slightly charred and stems are bright green.
  4. Remove from grill and garnish with green onions before serving.
