Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Spread refried beans evenly over both pizza crusts.
  3. Top with corn and queso asadero.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and brown.
  5. Meanwhile, combine avocado, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth then transfer to a bowl.
  6. Remove pizzas from oven and let stand a few minutes.
  7. Spoon avocado cream sauce and queso fresco over pizzas before slicing.
