Instructions

  1. Bring 1 quart water to a boil in a 3 quart pot.
  2. Cook snap peas in boiling water 2 minutes until crisp and tender.
  3. Drain peas and rinse with cold water to stop cooking; drain well.
  4. For vinaigrette dressing, whisk all ingredients (except snap peas) together in a medium bowl.
  5. Toss snap peas in dressing and serve.
