S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Large egg
  • 1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Miniature marshmallows
  • 17.5 oz Pkg. Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cookie mix, softened butter, and egg with a spoon until a soft dough forms. Stir in marshmallow bits.
  3. Shape dough into 12 balls (about 3 Tbsp. each). Place graham cracker crumbs in a small shallow bowl. Roll each ball in crumbs then place 2 1/2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  4. Flatten slightly, and top with dark chocolate chunks.
  5. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Cool 2 minutes then transfer cookies to a cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store covered in an airtight container at room temperature.
