Ingredients

  • 13 oz Crust less white bread, 6 slices or as needed for each sandwich
  • 7 oz Marshmallow creme, as needed, approximately 2 oz. per sandwich
  • 1 cup Milk chocolate chips, or as needed
  • 8 oz No sugar added almond butter, approximately 2 to 3 ounces per sandwich or as needed
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter, softened at room temperature, as needed for bread

Instructions

  1. Set a griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. To assemble each sandwich, spread a liberal amount of marshmallow fluff on one slice of bread and almond butter on a second slice.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over marshmallow fluff. Place second slice of bread almond butter-side down on top and press together. Repeat process for each additional sandwich.
  4. Brush top and bottom of each assembled sandwich with soft butter and cook for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side until chocolate and marshmallow are nicely melted and bread is golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving.
