S'more Brownies

Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp Sweet cream salted butter, divided use
  • 4.5 oz Graham crackers, crushed, (9 whole crackers, or about 2 cups crushed)
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 17 oz Brownie mix
  • 7 oz Marshmallow creme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in microwave.
  2. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and add melted butter. Stir through to combine. Press into a 9" X 9" baking pan. Bake 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare brownie mix according to package directions by adding remaining butter and eggs.
  4. Using a rubber scraper add marshmallow creme to brownie batter and swirl through briefly to leave ribbons of marshmallow in batter. Spread brownie batter on top of graham cracker crust and return to oven.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
