  • 1 tsp Non‑pareil capers, roughly chopped

  • 1 package Baguette, thawed, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 Leaves, green leaf or romaine lettuce
  • 1 Tomato on the vine, sliced thin into 6 to 8 slices
  • 4 Fresh red radish, trimmed and washed, sliced thin into 10- 12 slices

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shallots, tarragon, capers, olives, lemon juice, olive oil, and drained tuna. Mix until just combined.
  2. Spread toasted garlic horseradish dip on cut sides of bread. On bottom half of each baguette, layer 2 leaves of lettuce followed by 3 to 4 slices of tomato, and half of tuna mixture.
  3. Top tuna with radish slices, and add remaining half of bun. Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
