Smoked Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 lb Raw medium peeled and deveined shrimp, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, juiced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill/smoker to 200°F.
- In a bowl toss together shrimp, cumin, salt, lemon juice and fresh parsley. Make sure shrimp are well coated in seasoning before placing on a wire rack or small pan and placing in smoker.
- Smoke shrimp for 20-25 minutes (smoker should be around 200-220°F). Cook until they are curled and pink-ish in color. They will also have a slightly smoky color to them.
- Remove from smoker when fully cooked and chill in refrigerator for at least 30-45 minutes, then serve with your favorite cocktail sauce.
