Unsaved Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing
  • 9 oz Nova Smoked Atlantic Salmon
  • 20 oz Hearts of romaine
  • 1 cup Caesar Croutons
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Pull skin from salmon and discard.
  2. Chop salmon or flake apart with two hands.
  3. Toss romaine with dressing, croutons, cheese and salmon in a large bowl. Serve immediately.
