Smoked Green Onion Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 Instant Light Charcoal
  • 1 Post Oak Wood
  • 12 oz Green onion, root cut off
  • 2 oz White balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fine Crystals Sea Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Start BBQ smoker with instant light charcoal and add 2 large pieces of post oak wood.
  2. Once you start to see smoke, add green onions and smoke for one hour.
  3. Remove green onions from smoker and place everything except the extra virgin olive oil into a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Continue to blend, adding oil slowly until all the oil is used and fully incorporated.
