Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh garlic clove(s), whole unpeeled

  2. Place unpeeled whole garlic bulbs on metal pan or any grill safe pan.
  3. Place them into smoker once temperature is at least above 150ºF. Close lid and allow garlic to smoke at least 2 - 2 1/2 hours. It should be slightly soft and have turned a very light brown color.
  4. Once garlic is soft enough, remove from smoker to cool and refrigerate until ready to use. Use smoked garlic as substitute in any dish that calls for garlic.
