Slow Cooker Spicy Sausage with Greens & Beans

Ingredients
- 1 Large white onion(s), thinly sliced or julienned
- 1 bunch Mustard greens, roughly chopped
- 3 Bay leaves
- 14 oz Red kidney beans
- 6 Jalapeno smoked sausage, sliced thin or roughly chopped
- 2 qt Vegetable broth
Instructions
- Place onions, mustard greens, bay leaves and beans on bottom of crock pot. Add sausage and broth.
- Set crockpot to low heat and cook 6 to 8 hours or until beans are tender. Season to taste and garnish as desired.
