Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Yellow onions, chopped
  • 4 Fresh garlic cloves
  • 30 oz Red kidney beans, with liquid
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups Long grain brown rice
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cook 4 hours on high heat.
  2. Serve as a side or main dish.
