Slow Cooker Italian Pork with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Pork loin
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 oz Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 24 oz Garlic & herb pasta sauce
  • 2 oz Black olives
  • 1 Medium rosemary
  • 8 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 10 oz Pasta

Instructions

  1. Cut pork into - inch cubes. Add half of oil to a skillet and brown meat on all sides. Remove and add to slow cooker..
  2. Add remaining oil, mushrooms and garlic powder to skillet. Sauté mushrooms until nicely browned, then add to slow cooker.
  3. Add pasta sauce, olives and rosemary to crockpot. Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
  4. Turn crockpot off and stir through cheese.
  5. Heat salted water for boiling pasta. Cook according to package directions.
  6. Spoon sauce over pasta and garnish with additional cheese, if desired.
