Slow Cooker Holiday Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium yellow onion, sliced into large rings and seperated
  • 3 lb Hickory Smoked Uncured Carver Ham
  • 1 1/4 cups Crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Whole Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Molasses
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice onion into large rings and separate. Lay in bottom of slow cooker. Place ham on top of onions.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
  3. Pour glaze over ham in slow cooker. Cover with lid and cook on high for 4 hours.
  4. To serve, remove ham and let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve drizzled with glaze and caramelized onions if desired.
