Slow Cooker Cola Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb Rack of St. Louis Style Ribs
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 12 oz Cola

Instructions

  1. Cut rack of ribs in half and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Place ribs inside of slow cooker, leaning up against the walls. Pour coke's can into the slow cooker and turn to low. Cover and cook overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours.
  3. Once ribs are tender, remove from slow cooker and set aside.
  4. Pour coke into a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Reduce sauce by half.
  5. Preheat grill to medium heat and place ribs onto the grill. Brush ribs generously with the reduce cola.
  6. Continue to cook flipping occasionally until ribs begin to char slightly.
  7. Cut and serve.
