Slow Cooker Brisket Tostadas

Ingredients
- 1 Large yellow onion, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp Mexican oregano
- 3 lb Trimmed brisket flat cut
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt, as needed
- 1 tbsp Ground black pepper
- 16 oz Roasted tomatillo medium salsa, or any salsa
- 8 Yellow tostadas, or as needed for serving
Instructions
- Place onions and oregano on the bottom of a crock pot. Add brisket, season with cumin, paprika and salt and pepper. Add salsa and set crock pot to lowest setting.
- Cook for 8 hours or until brisket is fall apart tender.
- To serve, shred brisket in crock pot and season to taste as needed. Serve brisket on tostadas and top with your favorite condiments.
