Slow Cooker Braised Barbacoa Shortribs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Barbacoa seasoning
- 1 cup Instant flour
- 2 lb Beef short ribs
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 cups Beef stock
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of seasoning and flour.
- Dredge each rib in flour mixture and remove excess. Repeat this step with each rib.
- Once ribs are coated, arrange in a crock pot, then add bay leaves, remaining seasoning and beef stock.
- Set crock pot to low setting and cook 8 hours or until meat falls off the bone.
- Serve over rice or on a taco.
