Slow Cooker Braised Barbacoa Shortribs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Barbacoa seasoning
  • 1 cup Instant flour
  • 2 lb Beef short ribs
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 cups Beef stock

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of seasoning and flour.
  2. Dredge each rib in flour mixture and remove excess. Repeat this step with each rib.
  3. Once ribs are coated, arrange in a crock pot, then add bay leaves, remaining seasoning and beef stock.
  4. Set crock pot to low setting and cook 8 hours or until meat falls off the bone.
  5. Serve over rice or on a taco.
