  • 1/2 lb H-E-B Jalapeño Pimento Cheese
  • 1.5 oz Candied jalapeños, about 1/4 cup, drained
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, leaves only, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium, about 350ºF.
  2. Spread prepared pimento cheese in an even layer in a skillet. Scatter jalapeños across top of cheese.
  3. Place on grill and cook 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown around edges. Remove from grill and sprinkle with green onions and cilantro. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
  4. Chef's Note: Recipe can also be done in oven, if preferred.
