  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
  • 1 cup Whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Heat a 10 inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat (cast iron works great for this).
  3. Fill skillet half way with water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut beans in thirds (or to desired length).
  4. Add beans to boiling water. Stir and cook beans for 4 to 5 minutes. Beans should be tender/firm. Remove beans from pan and drain any excess water.
  5. Add onions and bacon to pan. Sauté until bacon is cooked and onions are softened, or about 5 minutes.
  6. Add soup and milk to pan and stir well to combine. Add beans back into pan and stir to coat.
  7. Sprinkle fried onions over the top in an even layer and place pan in oven for 15 minutes, uncovered just to toast onions and finish cooking beans.
