Simply Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Country Crock Spread, divided
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot(s)
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Zucchini squash, chopped
  • 1 Small yellow onion(s), chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons Country Crock Spread in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook vegetables, onions and Italian seasoning, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp and tender, about 8 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon vegetables into serving bowl, then top with remaining 1 tablespoon of Country Crock Spread.
