Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Country Crock Spread, divided
- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup Carrot(s)
- 1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Zucchini squash, chopped
- 1 Small yellow onion(s), chopped
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons Country Crock Spread in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook vegetables, onions and Italian seasoning, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp and tender, about 8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon vegetables into serving bowl, then top with remaining 1 tablespoon of Country Crock Spread.
