Ingredients

  • 5 oz Albacore tuna in water, rinsed, drained and flaked
  • 2 tbsp Spicy Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper, seeds removed and pepper chopped
  • 2 Red radishes, thin sliced
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 Large Eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Baby Spinach

Instructions

  1. Layer the flaked tuna, dressing, celery, red bell pepper, radishes, carrot, hard-boiled egg and baby spinach on a dinner plate; toss to combine.
