- 5 oz Albacore tuna in water, rinsed, drained and flaked
- 2 tbsp Spicy Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup Celery stalks, chopped
- 1/4 cup Red bell pepper, seeds removed and pepper chopped
- 2 Red radishes, thin sliced
- 1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 Large Eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups Baby Spinach
Instructions
- Layer the flaked tuna, dressing, celery, red bell pepper, radishes, carrot, hard-boiled egg and baby spinach on a dinner plate; toss to combine.
