Unsaved Simple Texas Side Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Sweet tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Wheat flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine romaine, tomatoes and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve.
  3. To make orange salad dressing, mix orange juice and olive oil.
  4. Slice tortillas into thin strips and bake 5 minutes at 450°F.
  5. Before serving, toss salad and top each serving with tortilla strips and dressing.
