Simple Texas Side Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Sweet tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tbsp Orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Wheat flour tortillas
Instructions
- Combine romaine, tomatoes and bell pepper in a large bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve.
- To make orange salad dressing, mix orange juice and olive oil.
- Slice tortillas into thin strips and bake 5 minutes at 450°F.
- Before serving, toss salad and top each serving with tortilla strips and dressing.
